Sign into your Yahoo! Mail account and then click on the "Options" link. In the upper right hand corner there should be a link that says "Yahoo! Mail Beta has arrived! Try it now!" Click on that link and once you’ve been redirected to the new screen, simply click the "Try It Now!" button to activate Yahoo! Mail Beta.
