Where can I download Apple TV 1.0 Software?

I need the download to be not a torrent, and it needs to be in ONE PART. The one on Rapidshare is in two parts which I cannot combine.

So, answer either where to download the "update" or tell me how to merge the .001 and .002 files.
It would be best if I knew how to merge the files. Thanks.
Where can I download a direct (non-torrent) DMG of the Apple TV 1.0 software? I cannot find it anywhere except for RapidShare, and it’s in two parts (.001 and .002) which I cannot combine even with Split & Concat. I am running Mac OS 10.5.0
I cannot combine the files. Please don’t tell me how to combine .001 and .002 files because I know how, but I can’t for some reason.
