Their free web site design tools are at www.pages.google.com., I can't remember where to find their blogging tools. Blogs differ from normal web sites because they act like a paper-based Diary or Personal Journal, listing latest entries first by date updated, among many other features. iWeb software only runs on a Mac, and only works properly with a ".MAC account on Apple's servers.
