is there a way to do slow motion with the Apple Motion software?

I need to slow down some video and I have Motion from Apple. I thought all you’d have to do is mess with the length in the timeline but it’s trimming it rather then speeding it up.

    Throw your apple in slow motion and go get a windows or linux computer…
