i downloaded a brush for photoshop cs2 mac osx comp.?

i need to know how to upload the brush.
and also how to us it.:D
help would be mucho appriciated.
first to get it right gets best answer

    Quit Photoshop (if it’s running) and then place the .abr file you downloaded in the following directory:

    Home > Library > Application Support > Adobe > Adobe Photoshop CS2 > Presets > Brushes

    Start Photoshop. If you don’t see the brushes, click on the little arrow located top-right of the Brushes palette and the select "Load Brushes" from the list. Find the .abr file you downloaded and then click "Load".
