Yes, there are programs called "emulators" that can simulate a virtual Apple OS to run Apple applications, go to the link below and get the EOS LX, read the review and it’s up to you if you wanna try it. First you must install this emulator, and then you will be able to run almost any Apple software in your PC.

Nope! Sorry. You can’t put Mac OS X on a regular PC. There are proprietary chips inside the the newer Macs that allow you to install the Mac OS on it. There are some older classic Macintosh OS hacks out there where you can put an older version of the Mac OS 7 or 8 on a Windows PC, but you wouldn’t want that.
If you really want that great Mac OS X, you have to spring for the Macintosh hardware.
This author has not yet written a description. Please give them some time to get acquainted with the site and surely they will write their masterpiece.
