Limewire is legal, but not every file you can download using limewire is legal. much of it is pirated material. I’m not sure if they make a MAC version or not.

I think there is a Mac version of Limewire but Limewire is perfectly legal as far as im aware of.

Don’t get busted!
People DO get caught stealing "stuff" using P2P filesharing programs such as Limewire, Kazza etc, and face large fines.
People as young as 12 years old.

1. Yes you can download Limewire to a MAC.
2. You would only get caught if you are doing something illegal. Downloading Limewire is not illegal.
3. Having limewire on your computer is legal. Limewire is a legal peer-to-peer or P2P program.
It’s WHAT you download from Limewire that might get you in trouble. Current music is heavily protected by copyright and both artists and the recording industry are out in full force to protect those copyrights. If you just want an occasional piece of music, which is what I use Limewire for, nothing will happen to you. If you download programs that have cracking keys, you are asking for trouble for that’s where the viruses lurk.
This author has not yet written a description. Please give them some time to get acquainted with the site and surely they will write their masterpiece.
