Apple software help, what is it called when Apple send you a box to put your iPod in so they can repair it?

So I have been having trouble lately with my iPod and I have to figure out what this is called. I had problems with my iPod before and I remember on the apple website I signed up for something where they sent me a box to put my iPod in, so that I could ship it to them and they would repair it. I can’t figure out what this is called or how to find where to sign up for it! please help me!

    It’s called an RMA. Return materials authorization.
