apple mac software difference?

whats the differance between apple motion and apple shake? also if i want to have internet for both my mac and pc do i need to buy something seprate?

    Apple Motion is used for creating 3D visual effects. You can liken it to Adobe’s After Effects.

    Apple Shake, on the other paw, is a video compositing software–which is used to put together parts of your video. You can have raw footage edited through Final Cut Pro and some 3D special effects from Apple Motion, the you’ll use Apple Shake to put them together.

    This of course doesn’t mean that you’ll need all three to do some nifty work. You can actually use Final Cut Pro for some compositing. What Shake does is add numerous functionalities that make the work of compositing your actual footage and other visual effects easier.
