Apple & Itunes becoming nazi to their software?

Did you know that the new version of itunes will not let you download music from Limewire anymore!??! AND the new version of Limewire (Limewire Beta) has not been configured to itunes therefore, the URL can not be recognized!!! That really aggrevated me! I had to download older versions to get it to work again!!

    So you’re upset that you can’t steal anymore?

    There is no way iTunes can tell that you’re music was downloaded from limewire unless someone (RIAA maybe), put code in the MP3 to flag it as illegal.

    why would iTunes let you download from limewire in the first place? Apple is a business, not a charity. makes sense that they would want you to buy from the iTunes store and not download ILLEGALLY from limewire. maybe it’s just me.

    Would Jesus pirate music through Limewire? I doubt it. Maybe it’s a sign from Him that you should start paying for things instead of being naughty.

    it sounds like apple. i’ve been an apple fan for a long time but they are getting rediculous about some things. the limewire thing is probably due to the fact that they are releasing some non-DRM songs through itunes. this means you can download it to any mp3 player (not just ipods) and to other computers without having to first burn it to cd or use 3rd party ripper software.
    apple is getting pretty snooty and protectionist. fortunately there’s a world of hackers out there who figure out how to get around all these things. the new iphone has only been out a week and it’s already been hacked to use the browser and itunes (via wi-fi) without having to sign up for att&t service. i’m sure it won’t be long before it’s been completely hacked to include phone service via wi-fi as well.
    so be patient. i’m sure the fixes will come through soon, either through itunes, limewire or a 3rd party.
    and to any hackers who read this: thank you eternally from the bottom of my heart. you make the world better for us all and protect us from corporate monopoly and greed. i am in your debt.
